Savills Flex will extend the surface of L’Illa Coworking, the flex space it operates for Indicesa in Barcelona
Savills Flex, the flexible workspace consultancy arm of the Real Estate services company Savills, will extend the surface of L’Illa Coworking, the coworking space it operates for the property company Indicesa in Barcelona.
After having reached a 100% occupancy level, the capacity will now be extended from 1.000 m2 to 3.100 m2.
“The growth model of this flex space, which in just two years tripled its surface area, is based on adapting to the needs of users and owners in an organic way, innovating in services and introducing flexibility into the building with a quality offer appropriate to trends”, says the operator.
The Indicesa group owns a majority share of L’illa shopping center, 24.000 m2 of office space in Barcelona’s central business district, a portfolio of 1.000 rental properties and two hotels operated under the AC Marriott and NH Collection brands.
