Savills Flex, the flexible workspace consultancy arm of the Real Estate services company Savills, will extend the surface of L’Illa Coworking, the coworking space it operates for the property company Indicesa in Barcelona.

After having reached a 100% occupancy level, the capacity will now be extended from 1.000 m2 to 3.100 m2.

The Indicesa group owns a majority share of L’illa shopping center, 24.000 m2 of office space in Barcelona’s central business district, a portfolio of 1.000 rental properties and two hotels operated under the AC Marriott and NH Collection brands.
