Dutch Coworking Operator EDGE Workspaces To Open Huge New Facilities in Rotterdam and Eindhoven Next Year

EDGE Workspaces, the coworking and flexible office brand developed by Amsterdam-based real estate developer EDGE Technologies, is expanding its footprint with sizable new locations announced in Rotterdam and Eindhoven. The move strengthens the operator’s strategy to provide high-quality, health-focused work environments integrated into EDGE’s landmark real estate developments, points the company.

The most recent addition is EDGE Coolsingel in Rotterdam, a 25,000 m2  redevelopment of the former Dutch ABN AMRO bank headquarters in the city center. Within the building, EDGE Workspaces will occupy 5.300 m2 of the new facility. The Coworking operator will offer flexible offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces. The concept will centered on “where wellbeing works,” combining flexible workspace with EDGE’s focus on sustainability, smart building technology, and healthy office design, explains the coworking arm of the real developer.

In addition, EDGE Workspaces recently announced the launch of a new hub in Eindhoven, adding to its growing network. The new location will open in August 2026.

Edge Workspaces operates two locations in Amsterdam and two locations in Germany, one in Hamburg (EDGE HafenCity) and the other in Berlin (EDGE Grand Central). According to the group, each workspace integrates EDGE’s real estate expertise with a hospitality-driven service model, positioning the brand at the intersection of coworking and premium office management.

EDGE Technologies has been active in real estate innovation for more than two decades, with projects such as The EDGE in Amsterdam, once described as the world’s most sustainable office building.

EDGE Workspace will attend the Coworking Europe 2025 conference, to take place in Berlin on November 19-20, 2025.
