Danish Flex Operator Ordnung Doubles Revenue And Nearly Fivefolds Profit In Five Years

Danish flexible workspace operator Ordnung reported a strong improvement in profitability in 2025, with net profit increasing by 47% to approximately €1.3 million (despite revenue growth of just 1% year-on-year), according to Annual Report 2025.
The longer-term trajectory is even more notable. Since 2021, Ordnung has more than doubled revenue while increasing net profit nearly fivefold. Revenue grew from approximately €8.9 million to €18.2 million, while net profit rose from €260,000 to €1.3 million, highlighting the operator’s ability to scale profitably as its network expanded.
2025’s Revenue reached €18.2 million, while EBITDA rose 5.7% to €3.4 million and operating profit increased 34% to €1.7 million. The company’s operating margin improved from 7.2% to 10.2% year-on-year, reflecting stronger operational efficiency and margin management.
The results suggest a shift from rapid expansion toward more profitable scaling. While top-line growth remained modest, profitability accelerated significantly, indicating improved cost control and economies of scale across the business.
The balance sheet also strengthened considerably during the year. Total assets increased nearly 19% to €16.3 million, while equity rose more than 51% to €3.5 million, supported by retained earnings and continued profitability. The company also increased investment in property and equipment by 13.5% to approximately €1.5 million, demonstrating continued investment in future growth.
Founded in 2011, Ordnung has become one of Denmark’s largest premium flexible workspace operators. The company currently manages more than 28,000 sqm of workspace across 10 locations in Copenhagen, providing over 2,200 workstations and more than 60 meeting rooms. A new 8,970 sqm flagship location scheduled to open in Copenhagen in September 2026.
Looking ahead, Ordnung targets around 3% organic growth in 2026, a long-term EBITDA margin of 20%, and the opening of one new Copenhagen CBD location annually.
