Industrious Continues European Expansion With New London Opening

International coworking operator Industrious continues its European expansion with the opening of a new flexible workspace in London this summer, following recent launches in Frankfurt and Berlin.
Located on Nine Elms in Battersea, south-west London, the site is part of one of Europe’s largest regeneration schemes. The former industrial area has emerged as a new business district, with major office, residential, hospitality, and retail developments reshaping the neighbourhood over the past decade.
Branded by developer Quadrant Estates as OSMO, the 11-story office and retail building includes approximately 2,700 sqm of flexible workspace leased by Industrious across two floors. The operator offers coworking, private offices, and enterprise suites.
According to Industrious, “OSMO was designed with one idea in mind: give the workday room to breathe.”
In a blog post announcing the opening, Industrious presents OSMO through the lens of an ideal workday, using the journey to showcase the workspace’s hospitality-led design and the amenities of the surrounding neighbourhood.
Industrious is one of the world’s largest premium flexible workspace operators. Founded in the United States, it operates more than 200 flexible workspace locations across over 85 cities globally. Across Europe, the company has a growing network that includes three locations in Germany, one in Amsterdam, one in Brussels, and 10 across the United Kingdom.
