Valencia Operator Wayco Opens Fourth Coworking Location In City Centre

Spanish coworking operator Wayco has opened Wayco Pizarro, its fourth flexible workspace location in Valencia. The new centre is located on Calle Pizarro, one of the city’s main business streets, in the heart of Valencia’s central business district.

Wayco Pizarro occupies a fully renovated six-storey building offering more than 2,000 sqm of workspace and 209 workstations. The new location combines flexible desks, dedicated coworking areas, and premium private offices, including some with private terraces, targeting both professionals and larger corporate teams.

The operator positions the project as a response to increasing demand for high-quality office space in central Valencia, where availability of premium office buildings remains limited. According to Wayco, the new centre has been designed to combine the flexibility of coworking with the privacy and image requirements of traditional office occupiers.

The building includes meeting rooms equipped with advanced technology, individual phone booths, communal lounges, a café with terrace, event and networking spaces, bicycle parking, and smart building systems. The project incorporates sustainability features, natural light, energy-efficient systems, and references to local culture and landmarks throughout the interior design.

Founded in 2013, Wayco has become one of Valencia’s leading coworking operators. With the opening of Pizarro, the company now operates four locations across the city, providing approximately 8,450 sqm of workspace. The network includes shared work areas, 800 workstations, 34 private offices, modern meeting rooms, and event spaces serving a community of startups, SMEs, freelancers, and larger companies.
